Little Red Riding Hood 1997 Part 2
This is a 1997 short film starring Christina Ricci and directed by David Kaplan. It's one of the more faithful adaptions of the Little Red Riding Hood fairytale, using the pre-Perrault/Grimm version (without the huntsman). There should be a DVD out by now (but USA only, as far as I know). Pardon the subtitles (I think they might be Swedish, I'm not sure myself), but sadly this is the only version I have. Also, the quality is not the best... Sorry.
As of now, I have yet to see a really good feature length adaption of Red Riding Hood, excepting The Company of Wolves (which was different though, more like a reimagining). But this here comes rather close as to what I imagine it should be. Enjoy!
